What is visibility into a system without great data collection and reporting? This summer, the Stepwell team has been improving both of the review processes within Stepwell that require reporting, and the “invisible” actions within Stepwell that produce data. We know that there are times when you need to work with districts or teams with whom you are not familiar. You may need to conduct audits of the activities of entities who are being monitored. For your own improvement, it may be useful to review and understand your own own team’s activities.
